Continental United States Orders are processed within two to three (2-3) business days (Tuesday through Friday, not including holidays), pending accepted photo, credit card authorization and verification. The personalization process then commences, and may take up to 14 business days, depending on the amount of orders received. Shipping is complimentary within the Continental United States for orders over $150. All My Paper Dolls are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Standard Delivery. - We will not ship to a P.O. box. We don’t want your dolls to get lost in the mail.
- If there is any damage to your package, such as a broken seal or open box, if possible do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at info@mypaperdolls.com.
